Q.12: Why is my domain forwarding not working? When you access your domain name, hold down the "Shift" key while clicking the "Refresh" or "Reload" button on your browser. This will ensure that you are seeing the most recent version of your web page and not a browser-cached version. If this still doesn't work, it may be a natural delay. The propagation of updates to standard and masked forwarding may take up to 30 minutes. It may take longer, up to 24 hours, if you are changing from or forwarding to a Rediff hosted web site. If you moved your domain name from another domain name host to the Rediff service, please verify that your domain name has been successfully moved to the Rediff name servers.
