Q.18: How do I manage my Rediffmail Pro account?

At the time of placing your order, you will be asked to choose one email ID that will be used to manage your Rediffmail Pro account. This is called the administrator email account. You could name it you@yourcompany.com or admin@yourcompany.com or any other name of your choice.
By logging in to the administrative email account you can manage all email ID's in your Rediffmail Pro account.
Begin with clicking on the link "Preferences"

Update Account Details:
This option allows you to change your password, edit your display name or update your contact information.

Add / Delete Email IDs:
Clicking on this link allows you to administer all your email IDs. You are given 5 email IDs to begin with. You can buy more email IDs at any point of time.

Buy More Email IDs:
Clicking on this link will enable you to purchase as many email IDs as you need for your company.

Renew Account:
Clicking on this link enables you know when your account is coming up for renewal as well as renew your Rediffmail Pro Account.
