Step 1:

Click on ‘Tools’ and select ‘E-mail Accounts’


Step 2:

Select ‘Add a new e-mail account’. Click ‘Next’


Step 3:

Select ‘POP3’


Step 4:

Fill-up the fields as per instructions below:
Your Name: Enter the display name. This name will be displayed to the receiver when you send a mail.
E-mail Address: Complete Email Address
Incoming mail server (POP3):
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
User name: Complete Email Address
Password: Password to access your email


Step 5:

Now click on 'More Settings'


Step 6:

  • Click the tab 'Outgoing Server'
  • Select the option 'My Outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication
  • Select 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server'
  • Now select the tab 'Advanced' on top


Step 7:

  • Enter '110' for Incoming server(POP3)
  • Enter '587' for Outgoing server(SMTP)
  • Click 'OK'


Step 8:

Click ‘Finish’
