You have the option of pre-defining your mailbox so that all the mails containing a particular word or line will be automatically sent to a particular folder.

You can do this by clicking on 'Preference' and going to 'Message Filters'. Click on the 'Create new filters link' in order to create filters of your choice. This way, your inbox will remain uncluttered and you manage your emails better.
