Please follow the simple steps mentioned below to activate your Rediffmail NG mobile account

• Please login to your email account
  


• Click on 'Mobile' link present in top navigation menu
  


• Enter the mobile no. on which email alerts to be sent and Click on Go
  
  


• You will receive a SMS on your mobile phone with download link in it
• If you do not receive SMS containing download link within 60 min, you can resend it using RESEND option
• Click on the link in the SMS and download the Rediffmail NG mobile application
• Install the downloaded application and login with your username and password
• Your Rediffmail NG mobile account is now ready to use

Note :

• Please ensure that your GPRS is activated
• If your mobile service provider is Loop, you don't have to pay any data charges for any number of mails you send and receive on your mobile. Normal GPRS charges as per plan will be applicable for rest of the users, please contact your service provider for GPRS tariff
• For Local, National & International Roaming GRPS Charges please check with your service provider
• Make sure that your handset is compatible with Rediffmail NG Mobile application. Currently Rediffmail NG application is compatible with,
  
  Android platform
  Android 1.6, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.0
  
  Symbian platform
  Symbian 3rd edition FP1, FP2
  Symbian 5th edition
  Symbian 3^ OS phones
  
  Java platform
  MIDP 2.0 and CLDC 1.1 (Minimum screen resolution 176X176)
