Generating reports

In a dynamic real-time business environment, "any time" reporting is of critical business value, a value that the Generate Reports option brings to your desktop.

Normally, Webalizer reports are generated only when Webalizer runs at the scheduled time, whose settings are configured by your service provider. This can be a bottleneck when you want to view reports as and when needed.

To generate reports:

1. In the shortcuts area of the Home page, click Log Manager (Web server section).

2. Click the Rotate Logs button.

• Note: Pressing this button submits a request to the control panel. As the control panel processes these requests every 10 minutes, your report will be updated at that point.

3. In the shortcuts area of the Home page, click Webalizer Reports (Reports section).

4. Choose the type of report you want to generate:

• Click Web Server to view the Web Server Webalizer report.

• Click FTP Server to view the FTP Server Webalizer report.
