If you are using the Microsoft Windows platform, you must
install related native fonts to ensure that non-ASCII characters are displayed
appropriately.
Select Start
> Settings > Control Panel.
In the Control Panel
window, locate and double-click Regional
Options from the list of displayed options. The Regional
Options window opens.
In Your
locale (location) area, select the country that represents your
locale.
In Language
settings for the system area, select the checkbox corresponding
to the language whose fonts you want to install.
Click Ok.
You will be prompted to insert the CD-ROM that contains the installation
files. Insert the Windows Setup CD-ROM into your disk drive and click
OK. If the required files reside
on a network server, browse to the location on the network server.
Restart your desktop.
