Viewing distribution lists
Distribution lists allow you to send mail to many users without having to type the email addresses of each user. These lists enable a site administrator to inform all or a particular group of users about some important notification, such as software updates, and new services.
The Distribution Lists page displays the names of distribution lists currently configured for your site.
How to go to the Distribution Lists page
On the left navigation panel, go to the section Services > IMAIL mail server, and click Distribution Lists.
To add a new distribution list, click the Add Distribution List tab.
To add or remove distribution list members from an existing distribution list, click the option button corresponding to that distribution list, and then click the Edit tab.
To remove an existing distribution list, click the option button corresponding to that distribution list, and then click the Remove tab.
