Importing current users

The Import page displays the list of users that can be imported.

To import users:

  1. Before importing a user, you must first delete that user from the control panel. To delete a user:

  1. On the left navigation panel, in the Users section, click List Users.

  2. On the Users page, click the option button corresponding to that user, and click the Remove tab.

  3. Click OK.

  4. To confirm the deletion of the user, go to the Users page, and verify that the name of the user is not displayed in the list of the users.

  1. Go to the Import page.

    On the left navigation panel, in the Users section, click Import.

    On the left navigation panel, in the Users section, click Import.

  2. On the Import page, click Settings. The Import Export Settings page is displayed.

  3. On the Import Export Settings page, type the path of the directory on the server from where you want to import the users.

  4. Click the option button corresponding to either Config Only or Config And Data according to your requirements.

  5. Click Save. The Import page is displayed.

  6. Select the check boxes corresponding to the users that you want to import.

  7. Click Import. The users are imported into the control panel.

  8. To verify the import process:

  1. On the left navigation panel, in the Users section, click List Users.

  2. On the Users page, check whether the users you have imported are displayed in the list of users.
