Branded Ad-free email:
At your own domain to communicate with your prospects professionally and increase your credibility among the sea of unprofessional email IDs. Eg.email@example.com. Appear bigger than you are with group email ids like support or firstname.lastname@example.org. Choose a storage size of your choice .
Domain name (optional add-on):
Secure and protect your business address on the web with a domain name of your choice (.in, .com, .org, .biz, .net, .info, .co.in, .net.in or .org.in - subject to availability at the time of purchase). Claim yours before anyone else does or Already have a domain? You can use that too!
Downloadable email app:
Downloadable email app for your mobile to work with your email anytime anywhere and any device. Now take your work mail along with you, wherever you go. You could also access webmail from your favorite web browser on desktop, tablet or phone. You can also configure the mails on mobile device or desktop clients.
Friendly Customer support:
Get expert and friendly customer support from Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm. Send a mail to our customer support ID (provided once you become our customer) to automatically raise a ticket with a unique ticket number and our support executive resolve your query in the fastest manner possible. You can also call on our Customer support number (provided once you become our customer) with the ticket number for follow up.
IT Admin tools
The first email ID created on your domain is the admin ID (by default) and has inbuilt addition admin control panel to create and manage user mailboxes & protect company’s interest - Control official Address Book additions and what kind of attachments can be sent or received by users, Prevention of users outside your network from accessing your email and create unlimited mailing lists for group communications.
Your first email ID created is by default the admin ID for your domain and have admin controls built into the inbox to create and manage user mailboxes. Pay by Credit/Debit card, NetBanking, PayPal, NEFT, Cheque /DD.
How to buy
1) Start with how many number of email IDs your organisation needs and pick per mailbox mailbox storage space - 1, 2, 5, 10 or 25 GB. All users on your domain will have the same mailbox storage space, as per your selection and this storage space is non-transferable (Multiple size mail boxes, multi-domain and quota management is available only in Advanced email plan). You can buy additional IDs or upgrade to Advance email as required (Options to buy additional storage & addons available only in Advanced email plan). If you are switching, your email data from previous email service provider's servers will not be migrated (Available in Advanced email only) and hence you will start with zero mail inbox.
2) Pay online via Credit/Debit card, NetBanking or PayPal, to set up your email ID and start using immediately. Payments via NEFT and Cheque/DD will be service activated on realisation in our bank account.
3) Once your service is activated, you will get a welcome mail in the contact email ID you have provided. Just follow the instructions to set up
