Q.17: Can I filter the messages coming to my Inbox? You have the option of pre-defining your mailbox so that all the mails containing a particular word or line will be automatically sent to a particular folder. You can do this by clicking on 'Preference' and going to 'Message Filters'. Click on the 'Create new filters link' in order to create filters of your choice.
