Q.26: Why don't any of the changes show up on my site?
If you made changes and the website does not show up, try the below to steps:
  1. Access your web page over a web browser (like Internet Explorer or Mozilla). Press “Shift” key on your keyboard while clicking “Refresh” or “Reload”. This should reload your web page completely and the changes should be shown. Else, go to next step.
  2. Check if you have uploaded the files to the correct directory. Generally, files that should be viewed by users should be placed in the ‘httpdocs’ directory.
If you are still not able to see the changes, please mail to customersupport@rediff.co.in.
