Q.18: If the duration of my package expires will i get the data stored for the domain, which i booked? We suggest that you backup your website and data using the backup options provided to you in the Plesk Control panel. Incase, you are unable to take a backup of the website contents and data, please get in touch with our customer support. REDIFF MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE BACKUP AFTER THE HOSTING PACKAGE EXPIRES.
