ANSWERS:
Q.01: Can I create multiple accounts?

Yes you can create more than one account in the Business Associates program. However please save the ids and the passwords carefully as that might create confusion.

Q.02: How do I cancel my account?

If you wish to surrender or cancel your account you can send in a request for the same and your customers will be transferred back to us provided all other dues are settled. Click here to send in a request.

Q.03: If I cancel my account, can I get a refund of my balance?

No once you create an account with us, you can't get a refund even if you decide to cancel your account later.

Q.04: Can I transfer my funds to another account?

No the Rediff Business Associates program doesn't allow transfer of funds between accounts

No, the Rediff Business Associates program doesn't allow the transfer of customers between different Resellers. However to transfer your customers back to Rediff click here

Yes, you can transfer your customers back to Rediff.   Click here to send a request right away.

Q.07: After depositing money into my account, how long does it take before I can start purchasing products for my customers?

As soon as your cheque/DD is realized, your account will show the credit balance and you can start placing orders for your customers.

Q.08: Can I change the transfer of the rights of the domain to my customer?

No, you can not transfer the rights of the domain to the customer.

Q.09: What is the price I can charge to my customers?

To facilitate easy handling and managing of customer accounts and help you achieve maximum return on investments we recommend you to follow the customer prices listed on our site.

Q.10: Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

No, you cannot cancel an order and hence no refund would be possible once an order has been placed.

Q.11: In whose favour should the payment be collected from the end customer?

The payment, if via a cheque or DD, should be in your favour.
