Q.03: How secure is the Business
Associates platform?
The all-new Business Associates platform is completely secure and
robust. Data encryption happens through SSL, which is an accepted
Standard for transferring information securely across the Internet.
It encrypts data passed between the server and the browser, so that
unauthorized parties cannot interpret sensitive, confidential or personal
information, such as a phone number or address.
Access logs record data about all those who visit your site. The logs
include information such as the referrer, IP address, and type of
browser. You can specify the number of days logs should be kept before
they are deleted. Regular site backups easily restore your site
in an emergency. To ensure a higher level of security every Business
Associate is given a PIN number, which is unique and needs to be inserted
before completing any transaction.

Q.04: How do I register? Why is registration information important?
To become a Rediff Business Associate, you need to register
with Rediff Business Solutions by filling the online registration form.
Once your credentials are reviewed by a Rediff representative, your account will be activated. Your
registration information is important because it forms the basis on which
your account will be activated. The same details will be used for your
account management and as the Billing Contact for the domains booked by
you for your customers.

Yes, you would need to register again. Registering for the all new Rediff Business Associate program will take just a few minutes.
Simply complete and submit the online Registration Form.
A Rediff Representative contact you shortly.
After which you will receive your login ID and password details to access your new Business Associate (BA) account and instructions on how to use it, via email.
