ANSWERS:
Q.01: How do I manage DNS records for my domain name and add records for the same?

The DNS (Domain Name System) records control the functionality of domain names. Each registered domain name has a DNS record. The DNS record is made of sub records including MX, A, and CNAME.

You can manage the DNS records for your domain name by clicking on 'manage domain name' on the Account(s) Summary page. Click on 'edit' below the respective records to independently edit your MX, A, and CNAME records.

Q.02: How does the payment processing work?

The all-new Rediff Business Associates program works on a hassle-free and convenient prepaid model.

You begin by opening a pre-paid account with us. You deposit the amount of money you choose (from a list of categories) in your account, and then go ahead and buy the products you wish to sell. The money in your account then gets adjusted against the purchases you make, at a price fixed before hand. Easy, isn't it?

Q.03: What tools would help increase traffic and site visibility?

Access logs record data about all those who visit your site. The logs include information such as the referrer, IP address, and type of browser. You can specify the number of days logs should be kept before they are deleted. Regular site backups so easily restore your site in an emergency. To ensure a higher level of security every Business Associate is given a PIN number, which is unique and needs to be inserted before completing any transaction.

Q.04: I do not remember my Control Panel Password, how do I login?

If you forget your Rediff Business Associates control panel password, you can go to the home page and click on 'Forgot password' link. You will be taken through a series of steps and will need to fill in the desired information. On going to Rediff Business Solutions (https://businessemail.rediff.com) that you will be able to retrieve your password.
